How to Use: Black Rice (Black fried rice) • Prep time; - 20 mins, • Cooking time; 10 mins, • Portion; - 04 serving • Ingredients ;- 1 Cup black rice, 1 Chopped onions, 2-3 Sliced green chilli, 1 tsp fine chopped ginger, 1 tsp fine chopped garlic, 60 gm chopped carrots, 40 gm chopped cabbage, 50 gm chopped French beans, 50 gm sweet corn, 100 gm cubes of fried paneer, 40 gm spring onions chopped, 1 tbsp. Soy sauce, 1 tbsp. sesame oil, A pinch black pepper powder, Salt to taste • Method ;- 1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and saute onion, green chilli, ginger and garlic. Cook them for 2-3 minutes until they turn golden brown in colour. 2. Add vegetables and stir fry them for another 2-3 minutes. Ensure that the vegetables don’t get over cooked. Add seasoning, rice, fried paneer and soy sauce. 3. Stir fry for 1 minutes more and finish with spring onions. Serve hot.
